New trucking location for Maines Paper & Food Service
Rochester, NY – Rebecca Guelli from Venture Brokerage Group recently represented Maines Paper & Food Service, Inc. in the site selection and lease negotiation process for a new location at 1249 Lehigh Station Road.
The client’s objective was to find a site with the correct zoning for a tractor trailer operation with heavy use.They also required a site where their specific hours of operation (including nighttime shifts) would not violate a noise ordinance. Venture attended various town meetings to acquire a letter from the Town of Henrietta supervisor stating the operation would work at the site selected.
Maines also needed a very small office space. Venture helped find a site that would allow a leaseback situation to prevent a high expense for leasing unneeded office space. The leaseback situation accommodated the existing property owner and Maines.
